It takes several hours to report a problem with their service and they transfer you to all these idiots technicians in india or vietnam who don't know what they are doing and have hardly any information. any calls takes about 1 hour miminum only to reboot the service remotely which I can do without calling them.
Then after couple calls lasting for a few hours they send you the technician that will waste your time and change the modem and charge you monthly fee for the new modem without disclosing that there is a monthly fee. with all this and the problem wasn't fixed then they send another techbician and he finds says something else which still does not solve the connection propblem.
after so many hours on the phone and fighting to talk to a representative in the USA they sent a 3 rd technician which fxed the problem that was outside on the main pole. why do I have to spend many hours on the phone everytime I have to report a connection problem.

Preferred solution: need good customer service. not spending 6 hours on the phone to be able to reconncet to internet..
