We claimed insurance on our phone in August of 2017. Recieved a refurbished piece of crap from att.

When the phone wouldn’t work correctly (from day 1), att wanted us to send us to send it in (and be without a phone) while they ran “diagnostic testing”. After speaking to SEVERAL employees regarding this issue, one finally agreed with us an sent us a replacement. Upon sending in the original replacement, att “discovered” a very minute chip in the top right corner of the phone and forced us to eat a $599 fee for this replacement phone (that again, was defective from the start). We wouldn’t have sent the phone in if we would’ve known there was a chip in it, how stupid would that be?

Very unwilling to work out a payment plan, reduce any of the costs. Total jerks throughout the entire process.

Will be dropping service with them IMMEDIATELY and encourage others to do the same. I don’t understand how this company or its employees can sleep at night ripping people off right and left.
