I am using AT&T wireless service for more than 16 years and DirectTV for last 2 years. We had no issues with wireless until 2016.

Since mid-2016 we started receiving incorrect charges and spent hours on the phone with customer service multiple times to resolve those charges. It's getting worse from last year (2017). It's hard to communicate with the customer service representative as they are usually non english spoken and put you on hold multiple times and will promise to resolve the issue within 10 business days which never happened.

Direct TV is getting worse too. They will charges for days you don't even have the service and if you don't pay the bill AT&T will charge you $5.00 for not paying the bill in full. Direct TV starts the billing cycle from the day you call to set up the service not the day the service is started.

I will rate AT&T as 1 for wireless and 1 for Direct TV.
