No tv on station I subscribe to, 797-1. First lady I talk to is cordial but, agrees it's on my package but can not do anything, says "technical" can help and transfers me to them (45 minutes in).
A woman at technical answers and as soon as I start talking about the problem she hangs up on me. I tried some months ago to get out of any, any way to get away from AT&T (the worst company by far I have ever had the displeasure of working with) and, two weeks later they buy direct tv . I thought that the switch to direct tv would fix all the problems when I switched. I, like I'm sure many others are looking for alternatives.
The first lady did her job, the second lady should be fired.
