I asked ur customer service person how much my bill is going to increase because my daughter upgraded to an iPhone 8. Your employee ran down all the gigs for an iPhone 10 and when I reminded her that’s it was an 8, she had NO IDEA of what I’ll be billed!
I wound up calling a retail att store and they told me how much based on months.
Can u not afford to hire people who can speak the same language when it is IMPERATIVE that we get answers? So pissed!
