I am livid! Worst customer service ever.

I decided to do a thorough check of my bill/statement and noticed they have been charging me for a tablet not in use and my contract with it was up last June 2017. $10 per month for the last 7 months when I had it cancelled. I asked for a credit and they refused. They are thieves!

I'm glad I looked at my bill, I will be shopping around for better service.

I have been a loyal customer for many years with cell phones, cable and internet and they do not show appreciation for loyalty whatsoever, that is why competition is great and we all have options. The lady proceeded to tell me to go to an At&t store and talk to them about it and also refused to put her manager or any supervisor on the phone with me.
