I called the number per ATT online info regarding an order I was trying to place for internet service because I was having trouble placing the order. The woman's accent was so thick I could not understand anything she said.
I asked to speak to someone else and she transferred me to an automated system, essentially a black hole. How do I get help with an ATT product when this is the service?
I have spent all morning on this problem. First, online having to chat with a rep, then filling out forms online, and now, still no internet!
