I called the number per ATT online info regarding an order I was trying to place for internet service because I was having trouble placing the order. The woman's accent was so thick I could not understand anything she said.

I asked to speak to someone else and she transferred me to an automated system, essentially a black hole. How do I get help with an ATT product when this is the service?

I have spent all morning on this problem. First, online having to chat with a rep, then filling out forms online, and now, still no internet!

Product or Service Mentioned: Att Internet Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: an English-speaking person to call me, one who can be understood .

Cancel ATT&T service and go with another provider. If they try to charge you a cancellation fee, etc., tell them why you are cancelling, with dates, etc.

Never, ever pay a fee to cancel bad service. They aren't living up to the terms of the agreement.
