ATT - I claimed my At&t reward. Later was told it was expired.TWICE.
I was offered choice of 3 rewards with new At&t bundle. (TV, Visa card, Samsung Tablet) I claimed the tablet reward on 11/25/14.
I received email stating claim is being processed. However, I didn't receive it. I called At&t on 12/16/14 to check the status of my claim. The agent said the claim did not get completed and had expired.
However, with a grace period the agent claimed the tablet for me. I got email saying it was being processed... then another email stating it would be sent and I should receive 12/29/14. When I didn't receive my reward.
I called upon (online chat) At&t. AT&T stated the reward is expired and the confirmation emails were a misunderstanding.
I spoke with a supervisor and was informed that there is nothing that At&t can do to resolve this issue. Personally, I feel the Rewards program is a form of a Bait and Switch scam.
