I have spent 2 hours today talking to your customer service reps over seas. I am relocating from Ca.

to Fl. I was planning to continue my ATT/ DirecTV service. I do not want to move the DirecTV equipment. I was told by your overseas rep that I am eligible for new Directv equipment.

I do not want to move the old equipment over the country with a mover. I was told by Amy your supervisor that I MUST take the old equipment with me. If I do not do so, I will have to pay for the equipment and cancel my service. So if you want to keep me as a customer ,How do I leave the current DIRECTV service equipment in Ca.

if You can NOT provide me with quality customer service then I am Done with ATT.I will cancel my phone service, internet service, and my DirecTV service this month. I await your decision.
