My paycheck was changed abruptly to a direct deposit .I had already extended my payment date and then changed it again online .the direct deposit states that it will be 3-5 business days before my payment arrives so I called att and asked them to extend from the 24 to the 30th.they said no because my second payment has dropped. This company has been making a good profit from me for Years .

I went to twitter where I was told they would Be happy (HAPPY) to EXTEND my payment .then they just Stopped replying .i own my phone and can go anywhere - why put so much stress on your customer ? You Know I will pay this bill
