Att - I was charged a late fee when my bill was not yet due .. have never been able to access email yet pay for internet service and all I get from "chat" is ***
representatives on "chat" seem friendly yet are condescending and argumentative.I basically said I would take my business to T Mobile then only received threats via chat.
I am paying installments for a certain phone that was defective and the replacement device is valued at $40 less, yet I still pay installments on the defective one and there is no option to change it. I receive voice mail messages weeks after they were sent. I receive calls from people I don't know and when I try calling them back to say I don't recognize their number I get an "invalid destination". This is very disheartening and of great concern for me.
Also, when I go online to pay a bill, it is never the amount it should be and they have yet to make adjustments for the replacement device.I refuse to pay installments on a defective phone that I returned within 15 days of receiving replacement phone that is not worth the same amount as original
