I am having one *** of a time getting credit back from the phones I returned.. I never activated them, sent them back in 3 days unblemished..I have home service with them.. they charged me for phones .. no credits returned.. now they have suspended home service. I have spoken with agents (by the way are very good) but t..I have other issues that I would rather not air on here... I full intend to go to better business bureau... I am 69 years old.. not computer savvy... but I’m 69 and old enough to know I’ve been shanked... today is the last day I deal with AT&T directly

ATT in Northfield, Illinois - Dropped television stations

I live in the Mobile, Alabama area. About 3 months ago I signed up for AT&T Uverse TV service. It was bad enough they charged me more per month than they initially stated. But less than 3 months later they dropped our NBC local station WPMI from their lineup.To make matters worse today July 4th they suddenly dropped our local CBS station WKRG. Now I am paying a supper high Cable bill without my main local television stations. This is what happens when corporations get too large. When you call them to buy additional products or services they will pick up the phone immediately. If you have a problem it could take over an hour. I hate I ever got involved with them.

ATT in Bloomingdale, Illinois - Billing and customer service problem.

I cancelled by Direct Tv and kept internet. I got billed for 1 month for Tv service I did not have. I made several attempts to correct bill and they have just transferred me from person to person and have not corrected bill. I have been overcharged and they are unwilling to help me.

Care has an email address to their call back team. If the in-home agent isn’t responding then I suggest you call and request it be sent off. If not the customer service agents will be unable to help since they can’t handle in-home local service over the phone at a National or International call center.

What a waste of time 1hr 45 min. One time transferd to the spanish line because of an ignorant agent. All for a $9 late fee that should never have been there in the first place. Not to mention my account isnt even in my name!!! It comes addressed to a name I dont know. Its my last name but not even close to my first name. Get it together at&t. Geeze!!

The same thing has happened to me. Went to the authorized retail store in feb.

2017 and was offered the promotion. I noticed that I was getting charged for the phone and called Att.

They said the authorized retailer offered it and there is nothing they can do. the Authorized retailer denies ever having the free I Phone 7 promotion.

How do you get a class action lawsuit started. They have used my auto pay for someone's bill in Texas.

They told me they had redeposited the money back into my account, and lied about putting my money back into my checking account.

I told them to stop my auto pay, they told me they stopped the auto pay, and it is still being used by the customer in Texas. There should be recourse for them stealing from your checking account.
