on April I call to change my plan to get more services but Jacob explain me the prorate it wil cost me $12.00 but I will get a credit for $12 for other services that I was changing... Unfortunately, it was not like that.
I usually paid $250 per month for two lines and Internet, now they charge me $463 and the worst part is that they don't want to show me my bill, I have been asking for my bill since a month and a half and now my second bill for this month is for $499.
I just paid the full amount for the two months unable to see my consumer bill because I need the services.
I feel cheated.
