Was told I would get two free phones if I switch to AT&T. I would have to pay taxes only to find out 4 months later that I have been charged for them.
I turned in my old phone and was told they would pay it off. Its still outstanding. I made a payment arrangement while I tried to wait for my account screw ups to be fixed, Paid the arrangement only to have my phone cut off the day after. Called customer service they said they don't see a payment arrangement that I would have to go in to a store and show them the confirmation e-mail.
I went to the store showed them and they said they were unable to do anything that I would have to call customer service. This is a joke and completely unacceptable for a business to act like this!
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
ATT Cons: Tired of all the lies.
