They lied. As soon as i was trying to leave, they give you all these options from retention dept.

In the end, they can't promise you nothing then they say you can't go back to your old plan. Been on the phone for 8 hours total for upgrade and 4 different visits to three store. 20 days after the upgrade, they cancel one line then when asked why? They say i did it.

Wth? Now i can't walk away bc I'm passed the 14 days. I can walk away after all these fees of early termination, phones are considered used so i still pay their difference, restock fee. I'm so pissed!

Reps will hang up on you and act like it's your phone that lost signal and won't call you back either.

Why get my number b4 we talk? Go elsewhere tell your friends and family to stay away!
