Its way to long to even explain. Basically they refuse to remove 3 lines I never use so they can keep charging taxes and fees to make profit then act like I never walked into the store to cancel and call me the liar as there is no record of me going into the store to cancel these lines.

Then I used my upgrade for a new iphone, FedEx SMASHED the box all to *** and the phone crushed so I refused it and it was sent back to ATT and got an email saying they accepted the return and I was to be refunded. Not true.

I checked. They are trying to CHARGE ME MONTHLY for the damaged phone AND a new replacement phone and they refuse to remove the damaged phone from my account and refuse to send out a replacment saying I have no upgrade availability.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Remove the 3 lines i was told was canceled, refund me the 3 full months I was charged, remove the damaged iphone from my line and just send me a new replacement phone..

ATT Cons: Denies refunds, Makes you pay for phone fedex damaged, Too many to list, Suck customer services, Promise made and then lied to.
