My dad signed a two year contract in May 2016. Monthly bills were never the same amount.
Last bill for May 2 payment was $108. Payment due in June is $224. No one can clearly explain why. My dad died in March.
I cancelled phone service and internet; agent said I can keep Tv service for $30/month for one year. No one can tell me what next bill will be. Directv people and ATT people do not communicate. I will cancel TV soon; I can’t deal with this company.
I am warning friends and family. Nobody should be treated like this!
