I had an appointment time for a technician to activate my lines for the new u-verse Wifi from 8am to 12pm. So I took the day off work to make sure I was home.
At 1:30 pm still no technician so I called to figure out what was going on. The only explanation I could get was that they were running late and wouldn't be here until 8:00 pm. Running 8 hours late!
I wish someone would have told me so I could have went to work! This is a horrible way to start off with a new customer!
