ATT in Saint Louis, Missouri - AT&T provides no confirmation for credits

I was supposed be credited $50. however the customer disservice agent said there were no notes on my account. After an hour I was again given a new $50 credit since there were no notes for the previous credit. When I asked for a confirmation number (so I wouldn't have to go through this again) I was told there are no confirmation numbers but she did put it in the notes on my account! At&t is the worst corporate america has to offer- run them them as fast as you can! The only way this company could be worse is if they offered banking services too!

ATT in Saint Louis, Missouri - I have to call every month to straighten the bill out!

I pay for At&t Uverse, dish, internet, home phone and wireless services every month the bill is wrong. The services are not bundled, the services are not deducted from the auto pay, late fees, charged too much because services were not bundled. I spend an hour or more on the phone with them every month. At&t is the only option in my small town and they are WELL AWARE! Currently, I am on hold waiting for the third At&t representative. I have already spent an hour and 13 minutes on line with two other half brains. It takes 2-3 months for At&t's billing system to catch up to any corrections. Convenient for them- highly doubt they would let you go 2-3 without catching up your bill.

I do not like how AT&T do business they don't care about the customers only the money I need Corporate to contact me at 3147629980 Ms.Felicia Elkins As soon ASAP.How can I be charged for something I didn't do,I'm very disappointed with AT&T services,Is this how you treat a suppose to be a valuable customer,I don't think so.At&t poor service they don't care about the customers.Horrific,very bad experience new one listens,it's very sad that societyis based on money and not the truth.

ATT in Saint Louis, Missouri - Poor Uverse service and equipment

I am hating uverse and am ready to go find other solutions. The equipment has messed up multiple times where I loose recordings or I loose internet service. I just got off the phone with the person on the phone and they are telling me after all of the issues I have been experiencing that in order to have a technician come out an take a look at your poor equipment it will cost me money. I don't want to pay for that kind of poor customer service. I am tired of having to call and play technician where I have to try to figure out what lights are on and which ones are not on and to try to figure out what buttons to press. I don't pay for that. I pay to watch TV PERIOD. I also get push back from the person on the telephone where they say that they can't credit my account for my inconvenience and time wasted while I'm talking to them.

I called to notify them that my fax machine has not worked for 3-4 days & was on the phone for over an hour with 2-3 different clerks, including one supervisor, who did the same thing that the clerk did. I told him to call me back when he had an acceptable answer for me as I did not have any more time to waste & needed to make other calls for my business. Time is money & AT & T service dept makes me waste time & my phone minutes talking to them. I stated AT & T should pay me for my minutes on my cell(which is with another carrier) & also pay me for my lost service for my fax as I am losing business info. He said he was sorry but nothing they could do, until they completely checked out the protocol for problems, I said that was unacceptable & what was he going to do. He said he could offer me $20.00 dollars off my service as said that was nothing compared to my time & suffering from dealing with AT& T. I am not satisfied & my fax line is still not working. I told him I needed a repair man as this happened about 6 weeks ago & he found old wires that needed to be replaced. I expressed that this was probably the problem again as my modem was working. He said he could not send a repair man out unless they had checked the system(which could take 20 minutes to 24 hrs) unless I wanted to pay 140.00 dollars to pay for service call. I said I pay AT & T an equipment fee every month and should not have to pay for service call & should not have to wait. As of now still no service. I ask for this clerks name, station, location & ext to find a way to identify him & make him responsible & was only given his first name. I find this highly irresponsible as there is no way to hold AT & T accountable for this clerks reluctance to send a repair man out & to get my faxed line working as soon as possible. They are arrogant & rude, As soon as I find a way to get another service for fax, I am saying good bye to AT & T. They don't care and should pay for the time they keep customers on service, I think they should have to answer calls on timely basis & have local call station, not miles or states or countries away from where they do business. There is no accountability. I have contacted them many times in past and same poor service. Cant wait to leave them in the dust, will lobby to defeat their business anyway possible.

AT&T have done did it to me AGAIN. I switched from AT&T to Sprint last February and I paid my last payment in full. Now I received a call from a collection company stating that I still owed AT&T over $200.00. So I called AT&T to find out why I owed them more money. I was told that I was being charged a cancellation fee of $200.00 even though my contract was fulfilled in November 2014. This is only one more in a very long string of being screwed over by AT&T. Several tyears ago when my contract was up I went up on line and ordered a "FREE" phone with a 2 year contract. AT&T then charged my bank account for the full cost of the phone. When I went down to the AT&T store to find out why they told me I would have to talk to the internet people. So I called the internet people for AT&T and they told me my phone was free. and to call Customer Service and they gave me the number. When I called Customer Service I was told that the phone was indeed free but they could not reimburse my account that the internet people would do that and they gave me the number to the internet people. This went on for a week until I finally gave up and decided to change phone companies as soon as my contract was up. When it came time to switch phone companies I was told that it was going to cost me between $500.00 and $1,000.00 to switch companies. I could not afford that so I stayed with AT&T. Well a couple of years later when my contract was up I again went up on line to get another FREE PHONE. Again AT&T charged my bank account the full cost of the new phone causing several of my checks to bounce. Again I went down to the AT&T Store and again I was put of the merry go round and again after a month of getting the run around I gave up swearing as soon as I could I was changing phone companies. Last February I went to Sprint and signed up for a Sprint Account which cost me over $1,000.00 for phones and other charges and I paid AT&T off in full. I even called AT&T customer service to make sure I had paid off AT&T and that I would not owe them any more money. I was told that if I paid AT&T $208.94 I would not owe them any more money. So on February 3, 2015 I paid AT&T $208.94 believing I was finished with AT&T. Boy was I wrong. Now AT&T has sicked a collection agent on me and it looks like I am going to be forced AGAIN to pay money to AT&T that I DO NOT OWE.

ATT in Saint Louis, Missouri - AT&T erroneously disconnecte my mobile phone

I have both landline for alarm and mobile with at&t for past 4 years. Most recently, they erroneously disconnected my mobile line. I have one statement not delivered, another time payment slip not included. Then, most recently I had sent a payment on 5-26-15 from post office directly. Most others I sent at that time were cashed within 3 days. at&t did not cash until until 6-3-15 (per bank statement) and charged a late fee because it was one day late. This payment was never acknowledged until I called and repeatedly explained that I had paid the amount, after my mobile phone was disconnected. Even then they would not reconnect my line until the bank sent this cancelled check. I had to negotiate more to get my phone reconnected same day. My suspicion (no evidence though) is that they were using these harassing tactics to force me to switch to autopay - which I declined so many times. I transferred to Verizon next day, but this will incur early termination fee - which I intend to fight not to pay. I will never go back to at&t!!

ATT in Saint Louis, Missouri - No voice contact, wants $69 for service before continuing

Tried to contact for service and kept getting run around without any voice contact. Could not tell if there was any way to make a personal voice contact or how to really explain how to get anyone to check what the problem might be especially without committing to a service charge per hour of a ridiculously high fee and without even knowing what the the problem is that we have with our telephone line. All we have so far is that there may be a service response in 48 hours. We think that 48 hours is way too long to go without telephone service especially when we have the need for emergency and urgent contact situations that may arise from personal and my professional patient needs.

My review is so long in otder to give detail but to attempt to sum it up- they have overcharged me, lied to me in person and over the phone, sold me bad phones that dont work right out of the doors and if you attempt to get them to replace the ohone they flat out tell you, "our replacement phones are the broken ones customers give us back and we fix them and sell them back to you." Not kidding. If you have or get At&t the ohone you buy is probably preowned which i could care less about if they wefent charging you 650 dollars per phone. Go to Sprint. Seriously just deal with the dropped calls/text.
