The att online sales person(Kayan) promised things she should not have. My bill has been over charged an average of 100.dollars a month, the trade in gift cards for my phones has been eliminated on technicality at the total of 500. dollars. I have wasted an accumulated 8 hours of phone time in 2 months to find some one with some intelligence and *** initiative to fix billing errors..

In my opinion Att's constructed a system of half witted departments that refuse to communicate with each other.The apparent unspoken policy is to "Do WHAT YOU HAVE TOO, not what you can.,over promises and under deliver is most likely to close second policy. There has been nothing in my account that hasn't been misrepresented ,or just plain lied about.

Yes problems happen , but it is apparent att hires and or trains supposed customer service people to do the minimum necessary to retain their minimum wage jobs. Att post a number of phone contacts for complaints...this is total *** ,they all route you back to the NON customer service departments .

to the apathetic Non customer service departments .s s

User's recommendation: Dont do buisiness with this company.
