I can not get anyone in the US who specks or understand English

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Correct my bill. talk to someone in the US, not off shore.

Or, to put it another way: "I can't talk to anyone in the U.S. who both speaks and understands the English language." That said, good luck getting good, quality customer service from AT&T or from any number of large U.S.

companies. They like to cut labor costs so farm out their customer service to some foreign land where the costs for this are much cheaper.

This attitude gives you a hint what they really think of you, the paying customer. Good luck.
