ATT - My service disconnected when i was barely overdue on bill. Could not get a human being to help me. The phone robot was extremely rude and told me to pay my bill or hang up. Even though they can put
messages on our boxes to tell us stuff we don't want to know. Not one word that I was going to be disconnected.
Charged me late fees on top of 50 dollar penalty. Phone payment never works right always sends me to human and they charge me even more money and online never lets me in either. Account in husbands name and even though I have pass code it never ever works. The automated attendant is absolutely rude rude rude rude rude.
The cut off happened a couple of days after bill was due. Had just brought account current on the 2nd of April and they cut it off anyway. Another payment was due on the 3rd and by he 5th the service was cut off for one payment being a couple of days past due. I made executive complaint because I still could not pay my bill online wouldn't work and the phone bill pay would not work.
So they charged me five dollars to pay my bill and did absolutely nothing. Not even apologize.
