I purchased an IPhone 7 back in Sept 2016 and AT&T had a promotion that when I sent my old phone back to them I would received monthly installment credits on my bill. That never materialized and so so I would call every month and get the credit until today and i was told by Customer Loyality that the store where you got the phone made a mistake and receive no futher payment credit on my bill.
Each time when I would call I was told we will call you in 3 to 4 days,never received any calls I guess they dont want to pay me what is owed to me. Poor busness
