Every month I have a new item on my bill What's up with that?
If they do this to only one percent of customers think how much they STEAL.
Are they hard pressed for money they have to STEAL ?
Every month I have to call them and have mystery charges explained.
I f you use autopay they all ready have your money, how long does it take to get your credit ? next month so they have your money interest free for one month? pretty smart on their part free money.
If you use paper statement , why does it take them so long to mail it out ?
Bill is always 10 day old when you receive it . can't they even get that right? or are they hoping to charge late fees ?
