I had autopay for years and then cancelled. Customer Service assured me no more payments, closed account.
Not true, they keep auto deducting. Customer service is very rude and I will advise anyone not to use ATT. They hang up, they lie, they give fake names, they have different stories. My bank says they have to issue a refund check ATT says they do not it's just too bad the bank should issue a refund.
It is ATT that needs to refund because they are charging for an account that has been closed and it is even in their notes but they just say too bad. I really hope this multi billion company falls for it's false practices and taking money for fake accounts or however they justify debiting
