ATT - No consistent service. Terrible customer service. No accountability or responsibility
Poor audio for entire contract.Signal on wi fi in and out.
There after multiple attempts to repair. The last tech never showed. Then I filled with BBB. now they respond.
But most agents argue and said I must have like the service because i ordered a movie. what? Arguing when They are trying to settle. Then case manager puts me on hold.
Comes back say do you understand its your responsibility to return everything and fees too. I was like slow down, I don't understand and have questions. She said take it or leave it. I asked for her superior, she said she didn't have one.
Great company AT&T. !

Review about: Att Internet Service.
Reason of review: everything.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: full refund other than funds already refunded. Termination of contract without penalties or fees since they are ones who cannot provide services.
I didn't like: Dishonorable, Poor customer service, Deceptiv.
