Been a customer for 20 years. I have three phone and they put the insurance on the wrong phone.
So for the first time in 20 years I dropped and damaged my phone I get the run around for 4 hours and they send me to a store 45 min from my house to pay $290 when I get there. I get there and the store has no idea what I am talking about and tells me to pay $725 for a new phone. So for 20 years of service and 3 lines gets me nothing.
And the worst part was they could care less. They wasted my time, and gas and did nothing to make it right.

ATT Pros: Manager at local store was very kind and tried to help.
ATT Cons: Misinformation, Managers at home office could care less.
