Our phone line has been down over three weeks. We have spent hours on your customer service line waiting to be the next called - this is not an exaggeration. When we finally get through they tell us that service will be restored in a couple of days.. We get a message that it has been restored but it hasn't. So we start again... and again.
Today with attempted the fourth time.My husband use to be a telephone technician so he checked the line himself both on our house and on the pole. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a long wait was told they were busy and would call us later. I said I would like to hold and they hung up on me. This is the worst service I've ever received but obviously you don't care because you have so many accounts I am irrelevant. Just thought you might like to know that that's how companies go out of business and I will do everything in my power to help you achieve that end.
