When you call AT&T the auto attendant continues to ask you the same questions over and over again. It takes 30 minutes to get a human on the phone. Also prey that the call is not handled overseas... My complaint is getting billed for a service that was never installed and nobody can find my account. Foretheremore,
The level of customer service the way they handle the customer is poor. You are just a number they don't care about you. I think that they should get rid off the auto attendant and that may help the frustration for the customer.
