2 years ago I decided to buy a new phone from at&t and then heard of the promo buy one and get one free so we got my husband a phone. Then we decided to bundle and get our internet service and tv and phones all together, this was a major mistake.

we imediately started receiving bills of 500 dollars and paid it then 600 dollars plus and paid it and another 600 and then we began to try to find out whats going on since we are 62 and 63 years old we dont use the phone that much. every time I called i just got passed around and nobody could tell me what these charges were. long story short, I have been fighting with at&t for 2 years and my triple a credit has been damaged and i still cant even get them to give me a final amount so I can pay it off.

i had to send the phones back after we paid 2100 dollars for 5 monthes of service. still not resolved, credit ruined

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $2100.

Preferred solution: i want to get my credit report restored.

I liked: Phone service.

I didn't like: Cant talk to anyone who can help you.
