After signing up for unlimited wireless data and combining Uverse, Direct TV, home phone & wireless bills two weeks ago we got a shared data message from AT&T that we were at 75% usage. Called AT&T and once again they have no record of half of the changes agreed upon.

Talked with multiple folks, they could all see the bill consolidation but no record of the unlimited data change. All wanted to provide the unlimited data change but for a higher price, of course.

This is a problem that we have had with AT&T on several occasions. As a consumer not sure I can continue to be an AT&T customer.
