having been with A t n T since 2005...same number....never late on payment...so my active 5 galaxy....finally cracks the screen after dropping it a lot.......I am one month away from an upgrade....aprill 9th,2015....do you think they would allow me to upgrade....and still under contract.. I might add...they tell me.. there is nothing they can do...and I shall have to wait until april 9th to upgrade....sighs...is there nothing in life that says... hey we value you as a customer....it's not like they would be giving me a new phone for free... plus they don't even have contracts anymore...

yippie for me... this is the first letter of it's sort... that I have ever written....I am sure it won't be the last concerning a t n t.....
