ATT home phone has to use Verison technicians in NYC. Of course Verison technicians give Verison costumers priority. I am asking myself why should I continue with ATT? It has taken 10 days since I reported a problem and I still have no phone service.

this week have talked to 7 different phone consumer support persons at ATT and I still have no service.

I was told there might be a technician available next week. And I was told I might have to pay for all the time i have had no phone. If anyone has suggestions of other places i can use to write a complain i would appreciate them.

Monetary Loss: $100.
