My dog and I were suddenly woken up by the sound of a cement cutter in front of my house. I saw white smoke every where. They were about 8 inches from my car. I got dressed and called the police. I went outsiwede and told them to stop so i could let the dog out. My dog and ilwercle shking by then.Long story short they should never wake someone up like that. I had to ask them to stop again to move my car. my dog would not eat or drink all day He was afraid to go out and stayed in his bed. I am getting in touch with someone who will not let this happen again. There tools were broken when they got them out from under my driveway.

Lying ATT employees

I have been trying to get the original price that I was quoted now for three months! I have spent about 6 hours on the phone holding on,being hung up on (in the guise of dropped call) or being transferred to someone else and no one knows what is going on and the managers or supervisors will not help me. I have been told that I would get a discount by one person and the next employee doesn't understand how that could happen! ATT is by FAR the WORST company to do business WITH! If you are looking to purchase TV,phone & internet DO NOT use ATT! They ADD charges in that you have NEVER heard of and they will make you thoroughly make you REGRET trying to do business with them!

I am a professional in the customer service industry and have been for 15 years. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever seen or experienced. My husband and I moved to an area that unfortunately for us, AT&T is the only internet service for our area. We have made an appointment for service installation. The technician never showed and didnt call to reschedule the appointment. We had to call and reschedule the appointment after days went by without any communication for the company. The second appointment the technician came out on the wrong day when no one was home trespassing on our property, he then ran a line through our property and didnt bury the line., all preforming this without us being at home. With still no internet and now an exposed cable running down the middle of the yard we still do not have internet. We rescheduled another appointment to have a tech come out to the house and an automated system called us late the night before to inform us that they have changed or appointment to the 14th of August, today is the 4th. So, they are now telling us that in the addition of having to wait for internet already for 4 weeks now it will be an additional 10 days longer. When my husband called to complain he was hung up on by the representative when asked to speak to a manager. I then decided to get involved. I called and was passed around, out on hold, and had to waste an hour of my day only to end up with having to ask for a manager. I will not accept another reschedule of our time, and I expect a tech to come out today. After spending this hour phone call talking to the representative at work he informed me that it would be Tuesday before a tech could come out. I asked to speak to a manager and I was hung up on as well. I am currently seeking legal action as well as communicating with the better business bureau on the wrong doings, missed days of work, as well as the aggravation and stress etc.. STAY AWAY FROM ALL AT&T SERVICES!

I find it interesting that AT&T sells devices for communication but yet they themselves dont know how to communicate or pick up the phone to call someone. We have a service call in for a technician to come out between 1:00pm- 5:00pm. We called at 2:30 and at 4:40 to the technician and text them. No response AT ALL. Guess who never showed up for the service call when my roommate took off half a day so we could get our internet fixed. She had to call customer support who had her on the phone for over 2 hours and she spoke to 4 different people. Why on earth did they not call and say hey the technicians jobs are taking longer im sorry but we wont be able to get to you today, whats the best time to reschedule. But no, customer service nor the technician called or texted us. She finally spoke to someone who said no one would be able to come out at 6:30pm that night. We scheduled for them to come the next day between 1:00-2:00 (Her lunch Break, since we already wasted one afternoon) They call at 10:00am saying they are on the way. Like WTF can you not read the notes you were given. The lady at AT&T said she put in the notes to be there between 1:00-2:00 and we would need to be home because the issue with the internet is inside the apartment not the box outside. We repeated this 3 times and had her read the notes back to us. Guess what happened, NOT ***. The tech cam anyway after we told him we weren't there, checked the outside box said everything was good and was done. We have pictures of out phone showing full wifi connection (All the bars) and the apps on the phone saying no connection found. try refreshing. Our Netflix and Hulu would work either. So now supposedly someone else will come out at 1:00 today. Not holding my breathe. This is the worst customer service. Not to mention our bill goes up each month when we signed a contract for a year. I switched from TWC to AT&T because they were GOD AWFUL and this is no better....google fiber where are you?
