When I agreed with a new contract with AT&T/Direct TV home service, the technician said that I would receive a $200.00 gift card. Never received the card, when I called I was told that there is a 3 month expiration period.
I have all my emails from AT&T and there is no mention of my gift card nor an expiration date. They have deceptive business practices. I used to work for AT&T years ago and at one time all employees received a AT&T Universal Credit Card. They stated the interest rate would never go above 9.9% for the life of the card.
In a couple of years they retracted this offer. Not a good company.
