A year ago I used to have att internet service and even though I received a letter stating that I was to pay 26.00 p/m service for buying a new modem, the company kept billing me for 52.00 and when I call to complain they kept transferring to various "supervisor" that promised to fix it and never did they also charged me for an additional month after I cancelled service, and after I posted my complaint on pissed consumer someone fron the company called and got me my refund for the extra month and nothing else, I kept direct tv. because when I wanted to cancel, they offered me a good deal for a year.

now looking at the complains I don't think I want to do business with them, even dough I like direct tv. good thing there's now a lot of choices
