October of 2016 was the last time my tablet was used. I canceled my tablet with a phone CSR.
Thinking that it has been deleted off my bill. I have continued to pay my monthly bill. Three weeks ago I noticed Im being charged$20 usage and $8.99 insurance for the tablet . I have called to cancel out the tablet a numerous amount of times.
I have gotten transferred time after time to different departments. With the wait times and the horrible customer service. I still have not gotten the problem resolved. None the less I also noticed that Im being charged for premium insurance on one of my phones.
That I have never purchased.
I have looked at my records and also been told by a CSR that these charges have been on going since 2016. I am so upset and frustrated especially knowing that I have been a loyal customer for 10 plus years.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $900.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
