The local retail store in Selmer, Tennessee sold a business plan for four lines in May, 2017. The plan included a tablet that the representative assured me could be used for incoming and outgoing calls.
The plan offered was to cost "around" one hundred dollars per month according to the representative. From that day until present the tablet has failed to receive and process outgoing calls. Customer Service informed us that tablets COULD NOT BE USED as a telephone. Then AT&T Corp.
customer service shipped an IPhone using the same telephone number as the tablet. To this day the IPhone has failed to accept and make calls. AT&T has charged over two hundred dollars per month for the four line plan; and, only three lines are effective.
Numerous CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES have been contacted--but without success. The representatives have been indifferent and plainly stated--actually on offered to reduce the invoice by $5.00!!!
