I received a bill for $181.59 for telephone and internet service from 11/23/15 to 12/22/15. On 12/215 I cancelled all services from ATT and switched to Comcast.
I should have only been charged for ATT service until 12/2/15. I called Att service Dept. and explained their overcharge to me with no results. Now I have a letter Gatestone Collection agency demanding payment of the full $181.59.
Neither ATT or Gatestone were any satisfaction in correcting the over charge.
The agent at ATT would not listen to my problem with any concern.
