Who may it concern,

I have just recently cancelled my service with you as our internet provider.

A have been lied to several times by your customer service supervisors(have digital record and screen shots to prove) and been charged for months unlawfully.

I have contacted several times ATT in regard of our special condition. We own a property in the US, but are EU citizens - and were unable to travel to US since 2020 March.

Unfortunately I have trusted ATT and set my payments to auto. We specifically asked to keep my account on 7$ budget(as we cant use it) but after an hour talk( cost me 35$ from EU to call from my us number) your agent promissed that the 7$ monthly charge will stay on, till WE change it, when are able to return to US. That happened twice. ATT has shady customer service, an overcharged service and very bad attitude trots the " little man", so we are decided to leave your services.

We are not paying anything else, please stop sending payment notes - we are not willing to pay a penny more after ATT charged us full price for months and claiming for changing policies and not willing to reimburse us.

This is my final note, we have cancelled the credit card we used with this account and will not pay any other dime for crocked corporate - we never want to hear from you again.

Once we are able return to the country(USA) - we will return your crap modem to the closest local store with original packaging.

We are considering to contact US Youtube,Tiktok and Insta influencers with our digital materials for national educational purposes - to reach out to crowds and share our ATT experience with the masses, so they don't fall in our shoes - also get reimburse on an other way, as you rejected our friendly proposal,
