I'm trying to buy passport service for my iphone and tablet for traveling abroad and it is almost impossible to get thru the robo menu.Also, there is no service outside normal business hours.
You have to go through several transfers and they ask the same questions and all I want to do is spend a $100 to buy a plan. I tried to do this on line but for some reason my account had a temp block and I called the number and it started my through the same process of menu and nothing and then no agent.
So, I am so frustrated with ATT.I travel twice a month abroad and I go thru this each time and am really tired of it.
