On August 22, I called Customer Service at 1-80*-288-**** and made the following requests:
1. Payoff my Installment Loan using the same checking account that my monthly payment is debited for.
Discontinue my AT&T account.
3. Unlock my number (727-318-****).
4. Unlock my phone.
My account was closed an my phone number was unlocked. My Installment Loan showed a payment that was Pending.
I contacted my bank and they didnt have any pending request. I called twice more during last week and was told to enter another Unlock request using the IMEI and Case number contained in the email I was sent. I did this several times but was told the two numbers did not match.
Then after dealing with this several time, I read on a Blog that you cannot payoff an Installment Loan with a checking account.
Please advise what to do to get my loan paid and my phone unlocked. I can credit or debit card pay it.
