I have insurance for AT&T and when my phone finally broke I went to the store thinking I would get a replacement right then and there. But no, I have to wait a day or two until my new phone comes.
Is it wrong of me to think that when they sell you the insurance policy they tell you what you have to do for it? I think I'm in the right. I wasted my time biking to the store in the heat and humidity for nothing. I am going to try and switch companies now thanks to this unfortunate circumstance.
If a phone doesn't even work shouldn't AT&T care about its customers to the point where they can switch the phone right then and there? I am now without a phone till my new one comes in.
And today I was supposed to be doing some stuff regarding school and now I cant because I have no way of contacting my friends that were going to give me a ride to go and pick up things for registering for college. Thanks for nothing AT&T.
