I cancelled a cell phone order march 3rd after spending almost 4 hours on the phone with customer service trying to change my order I never accepted terms and conditions for the phone lo and behold fed-ex delivered the phone your customer service sucks.......multiple transfers and one person after another could not cancel the order finally the last individual I spoke with told me it was as simple as cancelling the order and not to accept the terms and conditions that were e-mailed to me.. For the first time in forty years I am giving some serious consideration into simply changing carriers all together never in my life have I seen anything like this company....... guess you can tell I am just fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
