I have had major issues with ATT ever since I changed over from time warner, I read the great reviews about Direct TV, that great support is not there.Not sure if ATT is driving it to the ground or this is the norm.
Support is horrible, I just had an issue escalated due to being billed for an item that needs to be returned. I have called twice to have ATT send me AB to return item with no luck. Now I am being changed for item. I've taken to Fedx and UPS and I was informed that account is no longer valid.
My account is active and still using service. I was to get an email with AB and been over two hours no luck.
Yet they have my money.I would stay away from ATT service customer service is horrible.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Att customer service.
