Prepaid AT&T customers are bottom of the line when it comes to options and customer service. It's funny because Cricket has a lot of features like HD voice, Wifi calling, carry over data, etc and its the same network.

AT&T is just too cheap to provide those services to their loyal customers. Anyway, their network is very unreliable anyway. I always have missed texts, texts that take a long time to send and receive and picture messages that sometimes don't work. Also, I get dropped calls and poor call quality.

Every couple of months, there is a major network outage. Data is also very slow. You guys seriously need to upgrade your network and fix these issues.

Coverage needs improved too. Verizon has much better coverage and their network is very reliable.
