Stephanie Pantojas (in home expert chgo.) Claimed that the cell phone would be free & it would take 3 months for the statement to reflect the promised price of 72.oo plus tax. It's been 5 months & the bill is 104.00 not 72.00 as promised

Numerous attempts have been made to correct the billing error however Pantojas doesn't return the phone calls nor the emails.

Care has an email address to their call back team. If the in-home agent isn’t responding then I suggest you call and request it be sent off. If not the customer service agents will be unable to help since they can’t handle in-home local service over the phone at a National or International call center.
