Att - Repeated disconnections and AT&T's reason? "A MIX UP"? Really?? Why so incompetent?
We have had services for a little over 3 months and have had nothing but issues.Autopay was set up but phones get disconnected monthly with AT&T stating that Autopay was not set up.
Bank statements had to be taken to the office to show that in fact, it was set up. This has happened more than once. Again this week, cell phone services were randomly disconnected.
Took 2 days and multiple visits to a store to get resolved and the reason provided was a "MIX UP".I would just like to urge anyone to give serious pause to using this company for any services!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: A month of uninterrupted service and an apology for my mom!.
