I had been a loyal costumer for at&t, but not more! The quality of the costumer service is getting low every day. Not one but twice they after me promotions that they don't want to honor. Every time a call to at&t's costumer service, they transfer my call and I had been wasting too much time dealing with them. Today, 7 Sep 2016, I noticed we no longer received the AT&T Uverse Weather On Demand service (channel 227 SD; channel 1227 HD.) A sales representative came to the door promoting AT&T Direct TV service. I already had my phone and internet with AT&T so they said if I bundled their Direct TV, I could save a lot of money. On the very first day when ATT came to install I though everything was going great. They were polite, quick, and the service was up and running in no time. That was, of course, until I went outside and found out that the ATT technician cut my previous cables that were used for my Comcast service. Now that AT&T bought out Directv it is a horrendous TV service provider with extremel increased costs. With my cellular phone provider I get 6GB of data per month. If I go over that I get charged $15 for an additional GB. That sounds okay, I can deal with that. However, I am sitting here right now with two hours left on my billing cycle and I just got told that I went over so they automatically added another GB of data for another $15. Was told if i didn't like the using the service on the tablet I could cancel it anytime no penalties or fees. We specifically asked if there were any contracts and we were told no. Later on when we tried to cancel they said it would cost $120 to cancel because of the 2 yr contract.
