Att - Review about Internet Data from Atlanta, Georgia

My billing cycle ends on the 13th of the month, but apparently it's the 14th. I just received a text saying they gave me an 1 extra GB for $15.00 to pay next when this month is already paid for. I'm glad that ppl are suing these rip offs.

Yes, your bill cycle ends on the midnight. The new cycle starts on the 14th at 12:01 AM. Any data you use on the 13th still applies to that previous cycle.
You receive several SMS warnings before you reach your 100% data limit and incur overages. Also, judging by your screen shot, you're using a Samsung device, Android based...which has a data usage manager built into the settings.
You might feel like AT&T is ripping you off, but you're the one that can't manage their own data.
